Each franchise will set any applicable fees which can include:
Waiting time - time in which the driver is waiting for you, the passenger, which exceeds X amount of time.
No Show fee - if the driver arrives at the pick up location and cannot locate you, the passenger, a No Show fee can apply.
Cancellation fee - if the driver is on his way to you, the passenger, and you cancel after X amount of time, a cancellation fee can apply.
You will be notified when any of these fees are charged to your account.
*Some fees (like an airport drop-in fee) might not be displayed during the booking process, as our partners are entitled to add those fees at their own discretion, however you can always specify the applicable fees with the driver.
If an incident occurs within the vehicle causing damage or a need for full detailed wash, the franchise will contact you regarding payment owed.
